Yes. The first practice test of every module is free, and some sample notes are free. Create a free account and start from Course Exams or C-CAT Prep.

Yes. Choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with GitHub” on the sign-in page. New accounts are asked for a mobile number once, because it is printed on your study material.

Payments go through Razorpay: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. Your plan unlocks instantly after a successful payment.

Each plan shows its validity before you buy – for example CMCE or CCEE test series for 45 days, combos and study resources for 6 months, C-CAT packs for 3 months. Buying again extends the validity.

Dashboard → My subscriptions lists every plan with its tests, notes and your progress. Receipts are in Dashboard → Orders.

Plans unlock instantly, so they are generally non-refundable, but duplicate payments, activation failures and sessions we cannot deliver are refunded. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Yes. Apply a coupon at checkout. Invite friends from Dashboard → Refer & earn: they get a welcome discount and you earn a reward coupon when they buy their first plan.

Course-exam tests have 40 questions in 60 minutes, 1 mark each with no negative marking, numbered 1–40 like the real exam. C-CAT tests use +3 / −1 marking. Every question has an explanation in the result.

Yes, as many times as you like during validity. Ranks and leaderboards use your first attempt; retakes are for practice. You can also practise by topic and retry only your wrong questions.

Notes are read online in our secure reader and are watermarked with your details; downloading, printing and sharing are disabled. The reader remembers the page where you stopped.

Up to 2 personal devices (for example phone and laptop), with one signed in at a time. Signing in on another device signs out the first.

Request a device reset from Dashboard → Account & devices (or from the sign-in page if you are blocked). We verify and reset it, usually within 24 hours.

No. Accounts are personal. Shared accounts are detected and may be suspended without refund – this keeps prices low for everyone.

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email, or contact support from your registered email.

Buy Mock Interview Pro or Interview Master, then book a slot from Dashboard → Interviews & guidance. You get a meeting link, a calendar invite and written feedback after the session.

Submit up to 5 questions about C-CAT, courses, admissions or placements on Solve Your Doubts. An alumni mentor calls you within 2–3 days, between 7 PM and 9 PM.
