1.Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CDAC360 website, mock-test engine, study material, mentoring sessions and related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by CDAC360 ("CDAC360", "we", "us").
By creating an account, signing in with Google or GitHub, or purchasing any plan you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2.Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate details (name, email and a mobile number you own). Your name, email and mobile identify the licence holder and are printed on the study material you open.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in methods secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@cdac360.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One person may hold only one account, and each mobile number can be linked to only one account.
3.Personal licence and fair use (no account sharing)
Every plan is a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for the buyer only. To keep prices affordable for everyone:
- An account can be used on up to 2 personal devices (for example your phone and laptop), and only one device can be signed in at a time. Signing in elsewhere signs out the other device.
- Sharing your account, password or sign-in with anyone, or signing in on someone else's device for them, is not allowed.
- Copying, screenshotting, recording, printing, downloading, scraping, reselling or redistributing questions, solutions, notes or any other content is prohibited.
- Study material is watermarked with your name, email and mobile number, and sign-ins are logged with the device used, so leaked content can be traced to the account it came from.
If you change your phone or laptop, request a device reset from Dashboard → Account & devices. We verify each request before resetting.
4.Plans, validity and access
- Each plan (test series, study resources, combo, interview plan or doubt call) shows its price, contents and validity before purchase. Access starts when payment succeeds and ends when the validity period expires.
- Combos include the plans listed on the combo; they share the combo's validity.
- Renewing or buying a plan again extends access from the current expiry date. Session-based plans add session credits.
- Study material is available to read online on the Platform only. Mock tests can be attempted as many times as you like during validity; ranks and leaderboards use your first attempt.
- We continuously improve content and may add, update, correct or reorganise tests and notes. We will not reduce the core contents of a plan you have already paid for during its validity.
5.Prices and payments
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
- Coupon and referral codes are subject to their own conditions (validity, usage limits, eligible plans), cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if misused.
- We may change prices for future purchases at any time; the price you paid for an existing plan does not change.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6.Mock interviews, mentoring and doubt calls
- Mock interviews and mentoring sessions are booked from Dashboard → Interviews & guidance using the slots we publish. Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance and can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 6 hours before the start time (the credit is returned).
- Sessions are conducted online (for example on Google Meet). If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the session may be marked as a no-show and the credit used.
- Doubt-solving calls (₹49) cover up to 5 questions about C-DAC admissions, preparation and placements and are answered by phone, usually within 2–3 days, between 7 PM and 9 PM. We retry if we cannot reach you.
- Mentoring is guidance based on the experience of C-DAC alumni. It is not a guarantee of admission, rank, marks or placement.
7.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
- Attempt to bypass device limits, watermarks, timers or other protections, or interfere with the Platform's security or performance.
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools to access content or create accounts.
- Post or send abusive, defamatory, obscene or misleading content, including in reviews, reports or messages to mentors.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
8.Intellectual property
All content on the Platform – questions, solutions, explanations, notes, cheat sheets, videos, designs, logos and software – is owned by or licensed to CDAC360 and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Except for the personal licence described above, no rights are granted to you. "C-DAC", "CCAT", "CCEE", "CMCE" and course names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the exams our material helps you prepare for.
9.Disclaimers
CDAC360 is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to C-DAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing). Our tests are modelled on publicly known exam patterns and are not official question papers.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any rank, marks, admission or job, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always confirm exam dates and rules on the official C-DAC website. See our Disclaimer.
10.Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDAC360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including loss of opportunity, data or profit). Our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.
You agree to indemnify CDAC360 against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform, including sharing or redistributing content.
11.Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Platform at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms (including account sharing or content piracy), with or without notice, and in such cases fees are not refunded. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.
12.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern quickly (see the Grievance Officer details). Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version; material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
